MyMovers provides a comprehensive, one-stop solution for house and office relocation across Malaysia. Our services include but are not limited to: packing, wrapping, dismantling, heavy loading, secure transit, unloading, unpacking, furniture installation, and authorized disposal services.

3. Quotations and Booking Estimates

Our instant quotations are generated within a few minutes based strictly on the accurate inventory, locations, and access details (e.g., stairs, lifts, distance) provided by the customer. MyMovers reserves the right to adjust final pricing on moving day if undisclosed items or unexpected heavy logistical challenges are encountered.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient moving process, customers must:

• Ensure complete authorization and management approval for building ingress/egress.
• Securely store all highly valuable items like cash, jewelry, and legal documents prior to the crew's arrival.
• Clearly separate and point out items designated for disposal services from those meant for relocation.

5. Prohibited Items

Our moving teams will strictly refuse to handle, load, or transport illegal materials, dangerous chemicals, inflammable substances, explosives, firearms, or live plants/animals.

6. Company Legitimacy & Integrity

MYMOVERS.MY is a legitimate company legally registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). We operate with high corporate governance standards. Any disputes arising directly from your move will be handled through friendly discussion and resolved directly by our professional customer care desk.
