Please read this disclaimer carefully before booking our professional house and office relocation services. By engaging MYMOVERS.MY (ALVIZ BIZ RESOURCES), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and operational limits.
1. General Service & Estimation Accuracy
All instant quotations provided by our team are strictly estimates calculated based on the inventory list, property types, floor levels, and locations supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary on the moving day if additional undisclosed items, logistical obstacles (e.g., non-functioning lifts, long carrying distances), or extra transit trips are required.
2. Liability on Customer-Packed Items
For Budget and Lorry Rental packages where packing is handled by the customer, MYMOVERS.MY assumes no liability for damages caused by improper packing, fragile contents, or structurally weak boxes. Our crew is strictly responsible for secure loading, vehicle transit, and unloading.
3. Furniture Assembly & Disassembly
While our experienced crew takes utmost care during dismantling and reinstallation services, we are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing structural wear, chipboard/compressed wood aging, missing components, or manufacturing defects inherent to the furniture.
4. Exclusions of High-Value & Prohibited Items
Customers are strictly required to personally secure and transport highly valuable personal belongings, including cash, jewelry, luxury watches, legal documents, and small electronics. Furthermore, our teams will not load or transport dangerous, illegal, inflammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
5. Insurance & Damage Claim Scope
Any complimentary or premium transit insurance coverage included within our specific package tiers is subject to independent terms, maximum claim thresholds, and evaluation procedures. All damage claims must be formally documented and reported to our supervisor on the moving day before our crew leaves the delivery site.
